LEXINGTON, SC – Authorities have identified the individual killed in last week’s four-vehicle collision near the State Farmers Market, WLTX reports.

73-year-old Columbia resident Foster H. Yarborough, Jr. was driving north on Highway 321 when a southbound Dodge Charger collided with a van, entered the northbound lanes, and struck Yarborough’s 2019 Honda CRV head-on. The CRV was launched into the air and landed on top of a Chevrolet Suburban.
Yarborough died at the scene.
Three other people were hurt, including the driver of the Charger. He has been identified as Johnny Miles.
Investigations by the South Carolina Highway Patrol are ongoing.
