DILLON COUNTY, SC – A 19-year-old man was killed and two other injured after a vehicle crashed into a tree on Mount Calvary Road on Thursday afternoon.
According to WMFB, the driver of the vehicle, Robert Austin Woodle, was killed in the crash that occurred on Thursday, January 14, 2021 around 4 p.m.
Woodle was traveling eastbound on Mount Calvary Road near Black Oak Place in a silver four-door sedan when he drove off the road and hit a tree.
Two passengers in the vehicle were ejected from the car due to the impact. Both were transported to a local hospital for unknown injuries.
The cause of the crash is unknown.
