ADAMS RUN, SC (CHARLESTON COUNTY) – A pedestrian was killed after being struck by a driver in Charleston County last night, according to WCSC.
The accident occurred on Highway 174, near White Point Road, before 11:25 p.m. on February 5, after a victim, who was not immediately identified, was struck by a driver who then appears to have fled the scene.
The roadway was closed for the investigation of the crash, which continues at this time.
Authorities did not immediately release any potential information about the driver.
