SPARTANBURG, SC – Two people are dead, and a man is facing charges after a collision in Spartanburg late last night that allegedly involved drunk driving.
According to FOX Carolina, the crash occurred in Spartanburg on Mt. Zion Road, just before 11:30 p.m. February 5, as the driver of a sedan was backing into a driveway. He was then struck by 21-year-old driver William Larry Shetley.
The two occupants of the sedan, 38-year-old Christopher Lee Jennings and Timothy Antonio Jennings, 44, died at the scene of the crash.
Shetley is facing charges of fatal felony DUI and has been denied bond.
He was not reported as hurt.
