ANDERSON CO., SC – The South Carolina Highway Patrol continues to investigate a hit-and-run accident that injured a pedestrian early Tuesday morning.
According to Independent Mail, the accident occurred around 3:15 AM February 16th at the intersection of SC 20 and SC 8. The driver hit and seriously injured a pedestrian, then fled the scene. The pedestrian was transported the hospital, but their identity and condition remains unknown.
South Carolina Highway Patrol believes the driver was traveling toward Greenville County. The make or model of the driver’s car is unknown.
