HORRY CO., SC – One person remains in the hospital after their car was partially submerged underwater Saturday, reports WMBF.
Horry County Fire Rescue received the emergency call at 7:41 PM on February 20th and responded to the stranded driver who was stuck in the area of 1276 Highway 31. The roadway had flooded, and the driver was unable to escape.
The driver was transported to the hospital from the scene of the incident. There is currently no information on their identity or condition.
