YORK CO., SC – One adult and two children have died after a two vehicle collision Tuesday afternoon, reports The Herald.
According to South Carolina Highway Patrol, the accident occurred near the intersection of S.C. 5 and S.C. 161 around 4:30 PM on March 16th. A 2000 Jaguar had been traveling on S.C. 5 when it veered into oncoming traffic and collided head-on with another vehicle.
The driver of the Jaguar as well as the two juvenile passengers sadly died at the scene of the accident. The coroner’s office has yet to release the identity of the deceased.
The driver of the other vehicle was also injured in the accident and remains in the hospital. Their condition is unknown.
