FLORENCE CO., SC – Police were called to the scene of a train and car collision after a vehicle stalled out on the train tracks Wednesday afternoon.
ABC 15 reports that the accident occurred on South Railroad Avenue in the Coward neighborhood of Florence County on March 17th. The involved car was stuck on the train tracks due to a possible mechanical failure or tire issue. Luckily, all occupants were able to escape the vehicle uninjured before the collision.
Coward police continue to investigate the circumstances of the crash.
