GREENVILLE, SC – The driver of an ATV has died after a single-vehicle crash Monday evening, reports Fox Carolina.
According to South Carolina Highway Patrol, the accident took place on Smythe Avenue near Adger Street around 10:00 PM on March 22nd. The driver of the ATV lost control of the vehicle before exiting the roadway and crashing into a utility pole.
The ATV driver had not been wearing a helmet and died at the scene. The Greenville County Coroner’s Office has identified them as 36-year-old Lacalius Craig Reid.
The accident remains under investigation.
