ORANGEBURG CO., SC – One person has died after a pickup truck collided with a logging truck Tuesday afternoon, reports WCSC.
According to South Carolina Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at the intersection of U.S. 176 and S.C. 210 on March 30th. A Chevy Trailblazer had stopped at a two-way stop sign on S.C. 210 before continuing into the intersection where it collided with the logging truck. The logging truck overturned as a result of the accident, and the Chevy Trailblazer exited the roadway.
The driver of the Chevy Trailblazer died at the scene of the accident. The coroner’s office has not yet released their identity.
