MARION CO., SC – A driver was killed in a two-vehicle collision Monday afternoon, reports WMBF.
According to South Carolina Highway Patrol, the accident took place on Highway 378 near Eaddy Court around 4:10 PM on April 5th. A 2005 Chevrolet Colorado crossed over the center line while traveling west and collided head on with a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. The Jeep consequently exited the roadway.
The driver of the Chevrolet Colorado was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. The coroner’s office has yet to release the identity of the deceased.
The driver and four passengers of the Jeep were uninjured.
