GREENVILLE CO., SC – One person was killed in a four-vehicle crash late Sunday night, reports WYFF.
According to South Carolina Highway Patrol, the accident took place on Augusta Road near Bethuel Chuch Road around 11:45 PM on April 18th. A Chevrolet sedan struck a Mazda while attempting to merge into another lane. The driver of the Chevrolet subsequently lost control of the vehicle and veered over the center line into oncoming traffic where it collided with another Chevrolet sedan and a Ford F-150 pickup truck.
The driver of the first Chevrolet sedan sadly died at the scene. The coroner’s office has not yet released their identity.
No other injuries were reported.
