WAGENER, SC (AIKEN COUNTY) – A woman was killed, and her two daughters were hospitalized following a high-speed collision in Wagener yesterday afternoon, according to WIS TV.
The crash happened on Camp Rawls Road at 2:48 p.m. May 7, when 29-year-old Wagener resident Krisha S. Hobbs went off the side of the roadway while traveling at a high rate of speed.
Her vehicle then collided with a tree.
Hobbs died at the scene due to blunt force injuries.
Her two daughters, both of whom were not properly restrained in the vehicle, were hospitalized for the treatment of severe injuries.
Authorities continue to investigate the crash, and are waiting on the results of a toxicology report.
