MONCKS CORNER, SC – Two people have been injured in a fire at the Dak Americas facility Wednesday morning, reports ABC 4.
The Pimlico Rural Fire Department was dispatched to the facility located at 3350 Cypress Gardens Road at 9:20 AM on June 16th. The structure fire was reportedly caused by an explosion at the plant.
Two people suffered burn injuries. One was transported to the hospital by air and the other by ground.
The fire was extinguished shortly after the fire department arrived.
