CAYCE, SC – A pedestrian was struck and killed while crossing the road early Wednesday morning, according to WIS.
The Lexington County Coroner’s Office reports that the fatal collision occurred as the pedestrian was crossing the 1900 block of Airport Boulevard around 5:00 AM on June 16th. The vehicle involved remained at the scene.
The pedestrian unfortunately died at the scene. They have been identified as 43-year-old Robert S. Householder III.
The Cayce Department of Public Safety continues to investigate the accident.
