HAMPTON CO., SC – A driver was killed in a single-vehicle accident early Sunday morning, according to WTOC.
South Carolina Highway Patrol reports that the fatal crash occurred on I 95 northbound near mile marker 39 around 5:30 AM on June 27th. The victim had been driving a 2012 GMC Sierra when the vehicle exited the roadway and overturned in a culvert.
The driver was unfortunately pronounced dead at the scene. The coroner’s office has yet to identify the deceased.
South Carolina Highway Patrol is currently investigating the accident.
