MYRTLE BEACH, SC – A pedestrian has been pronounced dead after they were hit by a pickup truck Tuesday night, according to WPDE.
According to the Myrtle Beach Police Department, the pedestrian was struck on Ocean Boulevard near 28th Avenue North around 8:40 PM on June 29th.
The pedestrian was taken to the hospital from the scene and sadly pronounced dead the next day. The coroner’s office has yet to identify the victim.
The accident remains under investigation.
