CHARLESTON, SC – A bicyclist was fatally struck by a passing vehicle on the Ashley River Bridge late last night, according to Count on 2 News.
The crash occurred in Charleston on the Ashley River Bridge at around 11:50 p.m. on July 16, when a bicyclist riding in the travel lane was struck by a northbound Honda Accord.
The bicyclist, who has not yet been publicly identified, died at the scene.
Authorities continue to investigate the crash at this time.
